The seiyuu cast for the upcoming Fullmetal Alchemist anime series has been revealed. Apart from Romi Paku and Rie Kugimiya who are voicing Ed & Al again, there are major transmutation made to the previous cast.
Here’s the list of the new seiyuu cast:

- Alphonse Elric: Rie Kugimiya
- Winry Rockbell: Megumi Takamoto
- Roy Mustang: Shinichiro Miki
- Riza Hawkeye: Fumiko Orikasa
- Alex Louis Armstrong: Kenji Utsumi
- Maes Hughes: Keiji Fujiwara
- Jean Havoc: Yuji Ueda
- Vato Falman: Kenji Hamada
- Maria Ross: Kaori Nazuka
- King Bradley: Hidekatsu Shibata
- Scar: Kenta Miyake
- Lust: Kikuko Inoue
- Gluttony: Tetsu Shiratori
- Envy: Minami Takayama
- Kimblee: Hiroyuki Yoshino
- Isaac: Kouichi Yamadera
Apart from Edward, Alphonso, Armstrong and Huges, the rest of the seiyuu cast has been changed. So what do you think of this new cast?
I’m half and half about Shinichiro Miki voicing Roy. My inner gut says it’s a good thing, since Shinichiro has voiced a couple of play-boy type characters already like Youji from Weiss Kreuz and Kruz from Full Metal Panic.
