How Do Japanese Firefighters Rescue Cats In Tree? Cut The Tree Down!

We have heard stories of brave firemen climbing trees to save cats stranded on top of the tree. But in Okinawa Japan, Japanese firefighters did something different when a cat got stuck on top of a tree for 4 days.
The firefighters first attached ropes to the tree and tugged them back and forth to shake the cat out of the tree. When this failed, they whipped out a chainsaw and cut down the tree:
As you see in the video, down came the tree … kitty and all. In the end, the cat had to be hospitalized for a broken leg. LOL

I betcha those firefighters don’t like cats at all. They must be cat haters or probably tree haters as well.
That´s not a good thing to do if Japan wants to solve the Global Warming problem!
Maybe their accounting department is demanding greater efficiency, so they had to go for the fastest solution.
That is awesome! At least from an attitude perspective, but from a practical one, not so much. Too bad about the tree having to be cut down because of a stupid cat.
