AkibaBlog spotted this Macross Frontier itasha in Akihabara and printed on the side of the van was the promo for the upcoming Macross F movie which is scheduled to hit theatres in Autumn.

They should have parked the itasha outside Maririn bun shop which serves really yummy meat buns like those in the anime.
