Some perverts just never learn their lessons. A 22-year-old man was re-arrested on Monday, accused of stealing underwear and other clothing from the girls’ changing room beside the pool at an elementary school in Maibara City last year.
He was previously arrested by the Police for stealing 29 items of underwear and T-shirts from the elementary school changing room on June 26 last year.
This time round, Police arrested Watanabe in January for stealing women’s underwear from an apartment veranda.
When they searched his apartment, found about 300 items of underwear and other female attire.

Its funny to know that from he escalated from stealing just 29 items to more than 300 underwear. If they catch him for the third strike, they should lock him up and throw away the key.
On a side note, does that mean there were many school kids who had to go home without any pantsu?
