Here’s a really lovely figure from Skit Scooter, one of the works from mangaka Tome Kei.

This figure is being produced by Moon Toys [ムーントイズ] and will be released in May 2009 for 12,000 yen. Interested folks can get their preorders fom Hobby Search.

Never bought anything from Moon Toys before, but the scooter is really awesome.
