Do you charge your cellphone batteries at your office or friends’ house? This 34-year-old woman allegedly broke into her neighbor’s apartment just to recharge her cell phone.

How did the neighbour discover the crime?
The neighbour returned home and found the door unlocked and someone else’s mobile phone in her charger.
Michiko Hiroya later came by and told her that she “borrowed the battery charger because she had financial difficulties.”
The neighbour called the police and Hiroya cut her hand with a kitchen knife. The victim, who is in her 20s, was slightly wounded.
Hiroya allegedly made an unauthorized copy of her neighbor’s key about a year ago after workers at a construction company that was refurbishing the room left it in the mailbox.

I wonder if she had also previously conveniently “borrowed” the washing machine, dishwasher, bathroom, etc.

Wow, that sounds crazy! Breaking into your neighbor’s house just to charge your cell phone? She must can’t live without her phone. LOL. I never really charge my phone at work or anywhere else but my own house. XD And sometimes when the battery is empty and I don’t have time to charge, I just leave it at home charging and go out without it.
