A 70-year-old man was arrested on Wednesday for molesting a 17-year-old high school girl in his car in Kawagoe City, Saitama Prefecture.
According to police, Arai met the girl at a game center and offered to drive her to Kawagoe station. The girl told police that once they were in the car, he told her he would like to have dinner with her and started touching her. The victim got out of the car and reported the man to police later.
Guess what he said when police question him:
I couldn’t resist touching her because she was cute.

@gordon – I dunno as I understand it in Japan 99% of the time you are going to be safe and there is a lot more of a safe “feeling” around japan than other parts of the world so it might lend itself to part of the problem, especially considering his age how often would you suspect 70 year old pervert. And then she just could have been a dolt in general.
