Grand Theft Comiket

Some otakus are so desperate to head to Comiket 75, which starts today (28th Dec – 30th Dec) that they are willing to do it Grand Theft Auto style.
This 18 year-old man has been arrested in Aichi prefecture for carjacking a 65 year old lady with a knife in the carpark of a shopping centre.
The police activated their helicopter and soon caught him on the road to Tokyo. When caught, he gave the following explaination:
I wanted to drive to Tokyo to attend Comiket.

He should have just taken the train or something. That idiot now has to sit in his prison cell while the rest of his friends enjoy Comiket 75. LOL
