Here’s an interesting poll that otaku should take note. 2000 women were polled which type of costume were their least favorite. The results show that women would rather be wearing nothing but an apron than to be seen wearing a school swimsuit.

Here’s the results of the poll: (The percentage indicate the how many women dislike it.)

1. School Swimsuit (24%) 「スクール水着」
   • 「は～ぁ?って感じ」
   • 「鈍引きしそう」
   • 「気持ち悪い」 Disgusting
   • 「こういうの、むっつりの人が好きそー」
   • 「ロリ趣味な人は無理だわ」 Lolicons are just “impossible”
     
2. Anime Cosplay (21%) 「アニメなどのコスプレ」
   • 「わけわからん」 Don’t really get it.
   • 「2次元を3次元にするのは限度があるぞ…。目を覚ませ。」
     Theres a difference between 2D & 3D. Open your eyes
   • 「キモい。オタク嫌い」 Bleh, I hate otakus
     
   • 「理解したくもない」 I can’t understand otakus
     
   • 「それは女の子に萌えてるんじゃなくて、キャラクターに萌えてるんだと思う…」

3. Gym uniform (11%) 「体操着」
   • 「どこらへんが良いのか、全く分からない」
     I can’t understand what’s so good about it?
     
   • 「なぜって感じ」 But why?
     
   • 「若干の気持ち悪さを覚えます」 Disgusting
     
   • 「ただの変態じゃん」 Plain perverted

4. Hadaka apron (9%) 「裸エプロン」:
   • 「ネタとしか言いようがない」
   • 「彼が本気でそうゆう野心を持ってる…」 My boyfriend is a fan of it
     
   • 「ほぼ裸じゃん」 Its almost naked
     
   • 「やっぱりsexyにね、とは思うけど、これってチラリじゃないしな」
     I think its kinda sexy in a way.
   • 「尻丸出しなんて恥ずかしすぎる」 But its embarrassing to expose my butt.
     

The rest of the results include: Striped pantsu(8%); School uniform (5%); Nurse uniform (4%); T-shirts and pantsu only (3%); and Others (11%).

So there you have it. You have a better chance of asking your girlfriend to go naked and put on an apron to cook than to ask her to wear a school swimsuit and walk around the house.

So what is your favorite outfit? Personally I prefer Hadaka Apron. Oversized shirt and pantsu is also a personal favorite.
