Just a teaser post for tonite. Can you folks guess whether this Gundam Exia which I shot at the Anime Festival Asia 08 was a status erected by Bandai or a cosplayer decked out in really cool Gundam suit?

These type of questions would usually be answered “cosplayer”, but that would have to be some awfully tall cosplayer… (it may be the angle, but it looks like the hips of Exia are almost to the guy next to him’s shoulder’s
Its certainly a cosplayer. The reason he is so tall is simply because his “shoes” are very high “heels”

All I know is that it is made of pure win.
That was the best GUNDAM 00 cosplay at the festival. All the parts were velcro so no need for tape or anything like that. lights in the eye parts of the helmet and yes the solar drive on the back had LEDs glowing once and again and the sword, damn it does extend like real. WINNAR in my opinion for the cosplay in AFA08. No better than I’ve seen before.
