Japan’s newly installed Prime Minster will be delivering a speech in Akihabara, an area that is fitting for this politician who loves manga.
Analysts have been saying that PM Taro Aso is poised to call a snap election. Just last Sunday, he visted a supermarket to check out high prices, and then on Monday, launched a new channel on Nico Nico Douga.
