I mean, I dont know if the police should first send an undercover agent to reply her post and offer her some "help" to kill her parents and if she offers money or something else in exchange, make the arrest....I think this case rests in thin air...probably she wrote that in 2ch in an angry state....Well, better to prevent the crime before it happens but I dont think that post is a solid proof... p.s.
