Nintendo DSi Scheduled For 1st November Launch

After many rumors floating around these few days, Nintendo has finally announced their next generation of Nintendo DS – Nintendo DSi. The Nintendo DSi will go on sale in Japan on Nov. 1 for 18,900 yen.

The new DSi will come come with a digital camera that will allow players to mix images, scribble on photos and create new faces.

The new DSi is thinner than the current DS model, and will have a bigger screen.

Nintendo fans staying outside Japan will have to wait until next year to get their hands on these Nintendo DSi.

So anyone a fan of the Nintendo DS? I’m not a portable gamer myself. I prefer to listen to music or watch anime when I’m on the go.

    Looks cool, pretty standard lvl up though, i expected more of a graphical update or is it just like the new DS Lite where it does all the same stuff as a the previous 2 but has a few more added bits

    Looks like a modded DS Lite D: Well, they say one shouldn’t change a winning concept but I too would’ve liked to see some visual updates regarding the design. It seems to have become more powerful as well but I just don’t get a “wow”-feeling from watching that : /

    I think I will be sticking to my DS Lite for quite a while longer…

    A GRAPHICAL UPGRADE!?! its not a new console u numpty its a re release with new features, my gawd, i cant believe u said that, i thaught u had more savvy!

    This isnt a new nintendo console it is a ds with more bits! and it looks AWESOME
