Sometimes perverts just get desperate to steal pantsu and come up with all sorts of innovative ideas. This 51-year-old man was arrested on Tuesday for allegedly using a fishing rod to steal women’s underwear.
Police said that Akira Hino was arrested last week for stealing a pair of panties from a clothesline on a second-floor balcony.
Police said he used a 3-meter rod and caught the underwear on a hook.
He was spotted by a resident who called police.
Officers found more than 500 pairs of women’s underwear inside his apartment.
He reportedly told investigators he had got into the habit of stealing undergarments when he was 18.

Come to think of it, how would police deal with those 500 pairs of pantsu that they found?
the police will probs keep em for evidence and then put them in the “relaxation room” at the station where they keep all the stolen pantsu and role around in them.
