Oricon released a survey yesterday which asked 1,200 Japanese to vote for which female celebrity represented their image of an ideal women.

There were 2 separate categories, one for music artists and another for actresses. Namie Amuro clinched the top spot for the artist department.

So here’s the list for female musicians which voters thought represented an ideal women:

1. Namie Amuro
2. YUI
3. aiko
4. Ayumi Hamasaki
5. YUKI.

As for female actresses, Yui Aragaki managed to take top spot.

And here’s the list for actresses:

1. Yui Aragaki
2. Nanako Matsushima
3. Aoi MIyazaki
4. Ryoko Shinohara
5. Maki Horikita.

So which female celebrity in general do you think represented your image of an ideal women. I think Yui Aragaki definitely makes it onto my chart. She’s just the type that you can easily bring home to your parents and they would give 101% approval.
