College Student Arrested For Charging Cellphone

A young female college student was arrested by police for charging her cellphone. The reason – She was charging her cellphone using an electric outlet at a railway station.

The police arrested her for stealing electricity, which amounted to an appaling 0.03 yen of electricity!

Someone civic minded busybody who witnessed the college student charging her cellphone had decided to alert the police to this shocking act.

So the police managed to arrive before she fled the scene of the crime and gave her a stern warning. LOL

Of course, it was a good chance to educate the public, the police officer said:

Even a small amount such as 0.03 yen is considered theft!

So guys and girls, please don’t run off to any public places to charge your cellphones. Speaking of which, how many of you would charge your cellphone at your workplace or school?

    Lol. Charging of personal effects on a public area is frowned upon, no?

    For me, the thought that those public electrical outlets exposed to “ages” of pollution kept me away from charging my handphones.
