Woman Stabs Son Over PC Addiction

A 37 year old mom was so fustrated over her 14 year old son’s PC addiction that she stabbed her son with a knife in his room.
After stabbing her son, she called the police around 4:20 a.m.
The boy suffered minor injuries to his face and head, police said.
The mother was quoted by police as saying:
I bought the PC for him a few days ago. But he’s been using it all the time until the early hours of the morning and he wouldn’t turn it off when I told him to. We argued about it, and I lost my temper.

Well mom, couldn’t you just unplug the PC instead of plugging a knife into your own son?!
I can’t understand her behaviour. So she is not capable of turning off the machine by herself, or taking it away from her son or whatever, and then she goes and stabs her own son.
She really did love him.
Well in chinese we have a proverb, Hitting is pampering, scolding is loving.

lets supose she has just had another child and is suffering depression, it happens people…. however if she wasnt then i think he thaughts would have sounded something like this “hmm…. how can i get my son off of the computer…………pull the plug……….. strip naked…………..slap him around……nah screw it i will stab him, bigger impact…..” atleast thats how i would come to the conclusion that stabbing will solve the situation

To be honest i think she hit the nail on the head there. Have you seen PC adicted freaks, they go into rehab for months, even years but one week with a facial stab wound… hes never gonna touch a keyboard again.
Though yea, she kinda went a bit far considering he only had it a few days. I would say it was normal for a person to want to use somthing they just got e.g. me when i got my Wii lol, but she could have just unplugged it as you say lol
A rather extreme reaction on the mom’s part ^^; I’m SO glad my mom was not like that. LOL. Else, I’d be called “Scarface” now XD
