Uchimizu In Akihabara
I understand that some otakus can’t stand the sun, especially since the weather is so darn hot in Summer. But this weekend Uchimizukko festival is definitely a must for any meido/cosplayer lover.
Anyway, Uchimizu is a usual thing during summer, whereby folks just sprinkle water on the street to cool off the neighbourhood.
But of course, every year there is this special event whereby the Uchimizukko are done by the meidos.
This year, Uchimizukko will be held on the 02nd August and will commence from Kanda Myojin 神田明神 (3.30pm) and end in Akiba (5pm).

My guess is that while the surroundings are cooled off by the water, the heat is sizzling hot with so many kawaii meidos.

That has to be one dam amazing day out but wouldn’t the evaporating water just make the area really really humid, maybe im just over thinking things…. Wow that sounds like a good day out lol i cant get over how fun that would be to watch
