The dragon-ice ice-cream shop in Akihabara [ドラゴンアイス秋葉原店] has hire special guests to promote their icy desserts – 3 cute penguins.

Watching penguins and eating yummy ice-cream, I think that will definitely convince your mind that you have arrived in Antarctica.

Since its now summer in Japan, I wonder how the penguins cope with the heat.

That type of penguin is a warm water penguin from South America, which has a moderate climate. I’m guessing it’s a Magellatic penguin. (I volunteer at the SF Zoo)
@Shirokiryuu: Wow! thats some extensive knowledge right there, i thought warm water penguins only existed in Neon Genesis lol
OMG i love penguins! As far as them getting hot goes I would assume the shop is well air conditioned anyway. Id share my ice cream with penguins any day of the week… do penguins even like ice cream?
….i hate ice cream……..=D
But are the penguins MOE? D:
That habitat looks way too small for 3 penguins… cute though.
