Dustpan VS Bokutō

Here’s a really hilarious story: Police arrested a 22-year-old man for allegedly robbing a convenience store with a wooden samurai sword and stealing 110,000 yen in Minoh City, Osaka.

How was the robber arrested? The convenience store cashier was undaunted by the stupid wooden samurai sword and chased the robber out with a dustpan. He later caught him and handed the useless bum over to the police. LOL

I think its absolutely hilarious to see the angry cashier chasing the robber with a dustpan. This robber is sure gonna be trampled upon as the useless wimp when he goes to prison and meet the REAL knife-wielding robbers. LOL

  2. KiTT says:

    Is the 22 a mistype? the guy sounds like a 2 year old for using a wooden sword lol

    Hehehe dustpan, i can see this happening in a film at some point lol

  3. Mizunaga says:

    LOL. Quite stupid of him to run away XD

    @KiTT, well, his target was just a convenience store.. so it’s not very stupid for him to be using a bokutou. I have a bokutou myself, and it’s not something to be messing around with ^^;

    But dustpan > bokutou is just.. lol.

    @ Coco the Bean: Yeah I think it would make a perfect comedy scene.

    @ KiTT: Maybe soon they will have a new anime called “Dustpan shoujo”

    @ Mizunaga: If the guy stood and fought with the cashier. Would it be even more embarrassing for a bokutou to lose to a dustpan?

    this reminds me of Kungfu Hustle, lol XD

  6. Mizunaga says:

    @Alafista, lol. Yes it would be. ^^;

    BTW- I checked the news on JapanToday, and it just says “model samurai sword” O.o No mention of bokutou there.. Is there something I’m missing here?
