So what do you think about such copyright infringement. Belarus is probably located so far away from Japan that no legal action will be taken against the waffles company.
But still its a blasphemy since it concerns Haruhi-sama.
You know this is just a clever viral marketing scheme, right? KyoAni pays these companies to use their Haruhi image, so 2ch users can “discover” them, and make posts about, “Hey, look! Haruhi haruhi haruhi!” and “Foreigners are stealing our grand and glorious culture! The foremost example of which is Haruhi!”

I live in Poland myself, which is not very far away, and it’s really not a problem to find diffrent products, mostely made in China – with pictures of Anime characters. Furthermore, there are tons of products with licence! Like sweets containing Pokemon, Digimon, Sailor Moon, Dragon Ball or Naruto images, stickers or stuff like that.
You are just overreaccting.
And ignorant thinking that if a country has a smaller space than one of random American states – it’s poor or unimportant. Compared to your problems with economy and downfall of dollar, we’re doing pretty well.
All I can say is that if you want to put Haruhi on your waffles, those waffles better taste PRETTY DAMN GOOD.
