Don't they know that bullying is very severe in Japan? If someone got voted to be the most unpopular guy in the class, he must be disliked by the others, but that doesn't mean he is a bad guy. If he is bad enough, nobody would be stupid enough to point all fingers to him or even dare to bully him afterwards. And he's still only in the elementary school? Surely his parents are the one who filed the suit, since I don't think there's a 4th grader smart enough to file a suit. Which is worse, Mr Unpopular or the whole class who bullied him afterwards?
