LOL! 6 out of 10?! xD Why am I not very surprised? ^^;
I’m going to be biased and say, “Final Fantasy VII - Advent Children” ^^;
Besides that, I LOVED Whisper of the Heart, as opposed to the other Miyazaki works..
: Nausicaa of the Valley of Wind - bleah
Where’s “The girl have lepth through time”?
Miyazaki’s work is defiantly the most interesting it’s a mix of fantasy and everyday problems which well everyone could relate to.
But for me the recently most interesting film had to be Toki Wa Kakeru Shoujo I just wish it could’ve been released as a anime instead just think of what they could’ve done.
I’m surprised Totoro wasn’t higher….
What, no Makoto Shinkai ?? Unbelievable …
@ Mizunaga: Hmm was Advent Children really that interesting, I kinda just liked it cause I’m a FFVI fanboy.
@ Would: I liked it though, I like the beautiful backdrop of the film.
@ Jaster: Toki Wa Kakeru Shoujo is “The girl have lepth through time”
@ Hei: Somehow I liked it Toki Wa Kakeru Shoujo short and sweet as the film itself.
@ Caitlin: I love Totoro! I have a huge Totoro toy in my room.
@ Smankh: I’m guessing his works aren’t that high-profile compared to the others. But Makoto Shinkai sure is one of the better directors out there.

I wonder all of the titles are in english and the one I picked isn’t translated in english, I didn’t knew that, maybe it is not popular when written in romanji though ::lol:: thanks dude.
