So which are the games you would want to see a remake being done? I think Tactics Ogre would be on my list for sure. I really enjoyed the game back then.
As for FFVII, if it was just a simple remake of the graphics and everything to make it look super pretty on the PS3, would you still play it again once more?

FFVII remake with graphic improvment. Definitely would by a PS3 just for this ^^;
With the huge success that FF VII has, they should make a remake. I want them to improve the graphic and music, and add voices as well. I will definitely play the game again.
Tactics Ogre is a great game. I used to play the game a lot back then (but still haven’t finished the game..). I want a remake for the game too.
Wild Arms 2 deserve the spotlight, since when it’s released is shadowed by more popular games, making this gold hidden in the shadows. Moreover, the next installments of this series prove to be inferior, with childish, naive settings meant for young brains. But for it to show itself in top 10 shows many people isn’t quite blind as any other else. It’s the best, if not second best compared to the whole series.
I’ve only play FF7 for a few hours before getting bored and returned it to my friend whom I borrowed it. And with those so-called side-stories and over-pushed sequels and prequel, make it the most exaggerated money-milkers around.
FFVII yes I would just play it for the graphic it already has an amazing story that I wouldn’t mind playing it over like 20 times
@ lu-k: I would think so too. But I’m intending to get a PS3 once MGS4 gets out.
@ Setsukyie: HHmm voice acting sounds like a really good addition to the game.
@ Kresnik: I’ve never played Wild Arms 2 before, but I played Wild Arms Alter Code: F which I didn’t really like.
@ Hei: Haha 20 times, 2 times is enough for me.
[...] all know that Japan have voted Final Fantasy VII deserve a remake, but what are the actual possibilities of it [...]
What no Biohazard 2?
I dont believe it.
Xenogears!!! I absolutely loved that game. It was my all time favorite besides FF VII. I was always surprised that everyone else I asked never played it or did the first ten minutes of it and never got into it.
And its not to be cofused with XenoSaga on the PS2 which honestly I found kind of boring.
I like to see Japan only RPGs like Bahamut Lagoon or Treasure of the Rudras (Rudra no Hihou) being remade for the PS3, PSP or heck even XBOX 360 and being released worldwide. They are like my two most favorite Super Famicom/SNES RPGs ever. Anyone else thing BL and RnH are great games?
Wild ARMs 2!!
FF7 is good, but I think this game doesn’t really need a remake, ’cause it’s very popular by itself. But Wild ARMS… this series will always be the best (for me), and a remake of the second one would be awesome! I think gamelay of Wild ARMs is by far better than FF, is full of puzzles and you can jump and all, furthermore, it now has the HEX battle system ^^.
Wild ARMs 4ever!
