Movic Acquires Solid Theater

Solid Theater has made official announced on their website that they haven been acquired by another figure maker Movic. Movic is actually subsidiary of the Animate Group.
According to the announcement, Solid Theater will still retain its product line and staff and basically everything will remain the same. LOL

The only thing that differs I guess would be for figure distributors since they would now be doing business with Movic instead.
