Sunrise: Code Geass R2 EP3 Ending Leaked by Accident
Sunrise has provided an explanation of the official Code Geass website as to how the last 6 minutes of the anime got leaked onto youtube.
Apparently it was due to human error whereby the person responsible for Bandai Channel had accidentally posted the ending of the episode too early. He was supposedly testing a system that prevents unauthorized video posts of the anime.

I still don’t see why people are so excited about the leak. I totally hate spoilers so I didn’t check out the video on youtube. I rather just wait till I can get to watch the entire episode in one go.

Hmm…now, thats the true leakage. Even if the ending of the episode 3 leaked, I think the most important thing is that they are trying to protect the series to prevent the uploads into youtube. I wonder if they are trying also to avoid the series to get distributed on the internet with that “system” of theirs….like torrents….

@ Toonleap: Now that the industry has realised the power of online streaming, I guess they are moving in and at the same time want to protect their own interest by preventing others from uploading the anime.
@ bj0rN: Maybe the guy was just drunk and decided to upload the ending for fun. But of course Sunrise couldn’t say that. LOL
Well, at least it wasnt the last episode that was leaked. I agree with not seeing the ending now, although I’m really2 dying to see it. Can’t wait to see the whole episode.
