Canoe Made From Disposable Chopsticks
Recycling can be fun too! A retired employee at Fukushima city hall has managed to construct a 4-meter long canoe from used disposable chopsticks he collect from the cafeteria.

How long did he take to build this chopstick canoe?
Firstly, he spent the last two years of his career collecting used chopsticks from the cafeteria at the city hall.
Then 3 months was spent painstakingly gluing the 7,382 chopsticks together into strips to form the canoe.
Confident that it will float, the canoe will be launched into the waters in May.
