Toradora! Anime Series Confirmed
News confirmation is in that Toradora will be adapted and turned into an anime series.
The news can be found in the promo ad which is printed in ASCII Mediawork’s upcoming issue of Dengeki Bunko 電撃文庫.
Oh btw, Kadokawa Shoten has merged ASCII and Mediaworks together on April 01st. (And to think it wasn’t an April Fools’ Day joke).

I was hoping they would produce an anime series ever since MaxFactory released that cute PVC figure of Aisaka Taiga.
I wonder which studio would be responsible for animating it.

ASCII Mediaworks? You’d think they’d go for Unicode Mediaworks to make it sound more modern…
Good news this is getting animated though, from what I saw in the Wikipedia entry it has an interesting premise and I’m a sucker for anything with romantic comedy written on it.
Oh yes, this anime looks really interesting, but I’m more or so just waiting for Code Geass R2 to come out. Damn the long wait already! XD
Anyone wanna bet that Taiga will be voiced by Kugimiya Rie?
I’m actually more interested which seiyuu they pick to voice Minori, because she’s the most complex of the characters and the hardest to portray accurately. And I wonder if Koshimizu Ami could be brought in to voice her namesake in the show; her Horo experience could be invaluable for her character.
