Free Train Rides For Ninjas
From 1st April till 06th May, all ninjas will get free rides along the Iga Tetsudo line. Why is this so? This is in celebration of a popular ninja festival in Mie Prefecture.
This ninja festival is called “Iga Ueno Ninja Festa” 「伊賀上野ＮＩＮＪＡフェスタã€, and its held every spring to celebrate the ancient stealth art of ninjutsu.
And the free train ride isn’t limited to just real ninja, anyone who is dressed in ninja costumes will get free travel on the railway line.

I think its an awesome way of promoting the festival. Imagine riding in a train full of ninja. LOL

Finally. You can ride in a train full of ninjas and say… “Suddenly, ninjas EVERYWHERE!”.
Still, I’ll be bothered if someone would break the traditional mould and dress up as anyone from Naruto. It’ll be like riding a train that’s bound for some cosplay event in Akiba.. o_O
i think riding a train full of ninja would be an empty experience seeing as they all concealed themselves in small holes 0_0…
I heard that ninja were made up by japanese stunt men in the 1970’s or something… oh well we will just pretend that its ancient art anyway!

@ meganeshounen: Haha. Yeah it would spoil the fun if everyone dressed up as Naruto style ninjas.
@ Dee: LOL why didn’t I think of that. But if that was the case, they wouldn’t even need to take a ride on the train. They could just travel to the events by jumping from roof to roof.
