Two days after they made their inaugural appearance on GoodSmile blog, they are now available for preorder from online stores.

Figma Haruhi and Saber Up For Preorder

Both Haruhi and Saber is scheduled to be released in April but they have different retail prices.

Figma Haruhi stands at 13.5cm tall and will be retailing for 2,500 yen.

Figma Saber stands at 14cm tall and will be retailing for 2,800 yen. Maybe the 300 yen is for her sword.

Figma Saber

I’m still contemplation on whether I should get both of them. The Figma Saber looks better than the Revoltech one which I currently own.

But the one thing I dislike about Figma figures is their ugly joint lines, especially on their legs. Thus, I dun think I’m going to get the Haruhi one.

So how about you? Do you think that joints lines really spoil the aesthetics of a figure?

Joint lines are no problem. You’ve got to have them if you want them posable and posable figures are great.

Hence, no problem. Plus they hide them pretty well.

I don’t like that too… joint lines … I feel it spoils the artistic feel of a figure. Needless to say, I don’t own revoltechs or figmas.

But I must say the figma Saber looks very good. Probably because you don’t see the leg joints. Was tempted … but shall not :p

Hoping that they will be a 1/8 size figure that look’s just as good soon.
