Oricon has released its compilation of the ranking of the top 20 best-selling animation DVDs for the year 2007.

Seems like Studio Ghilbbi is the big winner this year with Goro’s Miyazaki’s Tales from Earthsea topping the charts with 242,000 copies of DVD sold.

Its pretty interesting to see that classic titles like Totoro and Laputa are still a favorite among Japanese.

there seems to be fair a few code geass titles on there too.
surely laputa has been out on dvd for a long time. :S
