EOY 07 Report Part II

Submitted by Alafista on Sunday, 16 December 20073 Comments

Apart from the cosplay photos that I posted in my EOY 07 Report Part I, what else is there to mention at a cosplay convention?

First up would be the merchandise booths at the event. I managed to scoop up some very nice Rozen Maiden fanart.

They were done by a local artist, Kuridoki, and I must say she has really excellent skills! I especially love Suigintou who is holding the Yakult bottle. ~moe~ (*°∀°)=3

There were also Dollfie that were up on display. These are really the top-end dolls that are really expensive so its a rare chance to catch so many of them at a place.

There was also a talk on the gothic lolita costumes in the halls. Didn’t really listen to what she was talking about though. =P

The entire event was nicely close off with a 1:1 scale vector standee that was created by Bakaboi and his friends. Of course I grabbed the chance to take a photo with Konata!

It was certainly great fun at EOY’07. So here’s the question to my readers: How many anime/cosplay conventions have you attended before? And did you enjoy yourself?
