Next year January 2008, Aya Hirano will be hosting a daily TV show for school kids called “Moegaku 5″ starting 14 January on the BS Fuji satellite TV channel.
She will be hosting a daily 15 minute segment and the show also has an animate segment where Aya will do one of the voices. The animated segment has a cute loli character learning foreign languages in Akihabara everyday: English on Mondays, Korean on Tuesdays, Spanish on Wednesdays, Chinese on Thursdays, and French on Fridays.

Seems like Aya is really trying very hard to be an all-rounded celebrity. I’m guessing she will be just as popular with the kids. Probably influence a few more potential kids to turn into otakus.
