In a ranking of top television commercials picked out by consumers, 3 out of the top 5 were TV commercials by mobile phones companies. Softbank Mobile’s TV ad 「White Family 24 ホワイト家æ—24 〠was chosen as the top favorite by consumers.
This Softbank commercial is a series of commercial that features a very “dysfunctional family”. They have the pretty Aya Ueto as the sister, a black man as her brother, and a dog as her father of the family and a normal human mother. And their conversations revolves around the phone plans for free calls between family members.

Here’s the list of the top 10 commercials. As I’ve mentioned the 3 out of the top 5 are mobile phone companies, Softbank 1st place, NTT Docomo 2nd place and KDDI 4th place.
