Yay for a new season! Skimmed through one of the newer chapters recently, seems like all the girls have grown up etc.

As for the 27th hour of the day – probably is 27-24=3am the next morning. Something to do with TV stations starting a new programming day at 6am or something? At least that’s the case locally, with the new “day” starting with the national anthem at 6am. But thankfully, they don’t have the 2700 nonsense here…
