Haruhi Dance in Prison?!

Submitted by Alafista on Saturday, 24 November 200711 Comments

Just when you thought you seen all the various kinds of Haruhi dance videos and couldn’t watch a single one anymore. Here comes a must-watch: Prisoner inmates doing the Haruhi dance!

I’ve actually seen the news reporting about this special bunch of inmates in Cebu Provincial Detention and Rehabilitation Center in the Philippines being allowed to take up dancing. They had a lot of fun dancing to songs by Michael Jackson and Black Eye Peas.

But this is certainly the most interesting of them all. The Haruhi Dance! (Do they actually get to watch anime in prison?!)

I always thought that being incarcerated meant boring daily routines, who would have thought they would have so much fun taking up dacing classes. So if you don’t want to be made to dance the Haruhi dance in your prison overalls, don’t commit crimes in Philippines!

Maybe the Japanese would start introducing the Haruhi dance to their own inmates as well =P
