Nope its not a pack of instant ramen that can transform you into a tokusatsu super hero.
But instead, its a pack of instant ramen that can actually transform its flavour! Apparently, the flavour transforms from tonkatsu ramen into shouyu tonkatsu ramen if you add a packet of sauce. So erm (´-`).｡oO(･･･WTFBBQ･･･)
This pack of henshin ramen is sold at the instant ramen speciality shop Akiba Noodle Sakura. Even though I find the concept very lame, I do really like the art on the packaging.

Not for instant noodles.. if it’s bottled drink or something that can be kept after consumption probably..
