Candy Girl Photo Contest in Japan

“Take a shot of your favorite doll and enter it into the contest.” Of course there is a catch, its isn’t just any doll but those “love dolls” that are produced by Orient Industry, or better known as Candy Girl.

For those that have absolutely no idea what Candy Girls are, you can read it on DannyChoo’s site - Orient Industries : Candy Girl (Note: NSFW).

Anyway, Orient Industry is hosting this photo contest to mark its 30th anniversary.

The winner will be rewarded with 200,000 yen while the runner up will be given 100,000 yen in cash.

Orient is accepting entries until Nov. 15, while an exhibition of the best entries will be held at the Moto Azabu Gallery in Tokyo from Nov. 23 to 25, Nikkan Gendai says, adding that more details about the contest can be found via the company’s website.

I wonder who they will invite as judges? Or what would be the judging criteria? Creativity? Sexy Costume?

Its really interesting yet weird that people would actually take shots of their “love partners”, but hey who am I to judge since I take shots of my Gundam and figurines as well. (=゚ω゚)ノ

Digg!
