Last Saturday I was still discussing the latest slashing incident [High School Boy Slashing Classmate with Nata]. This apparently may be the pushing factor that resulted in Teletama or otherwise known as Television Saitama taking down the show from their broadcast schedule.

I really pity those poor people that live in the Saitama prefecture, no more Higurashi for them.

Briefly translated, it meant that due to the series of recent event, the company has decided to cease broadcast of Higurashi no Naku Koro ni Kai.
