For those that missed the Natsumatsuri that was held around 2 weeks back, here your chance again to have tons of fun at a Japanese-style Summer festival. Waseda Shibuya Senior High School will be organising their annual matsuri called Seiransei.
The event was also held last year in Septemeber as well. For those that want to read about it, you can head down to Windbell’s blog to have a look at his report last year.

I guess I will be free to head down and join in the fun with Shiawasekun and friends. Maybe take some photos of cute girls as well. =P
