Konata’s Summer Otaku HotSpots

This will be the first of two posts that features the Newtype Lucky☆Star goodies. Firstly is this handy travel guide for those avid fanatics and otakus.
First up are the hotspots that Otaku should go for this summer. Especially since there are 3 main events this coming August, with Comiket, CharaHobby and WonderFestival. So Konata has listed the dates for this events and even briefly talk abt the events.
On the back of the travel guide is a nice list of that actual places that are featured in the anime series. So that those hardcore fans can head down to check the place out.
For the next posting I will feature Konata’s Otaku Quiz.
Cool extra! I’ll probably order this Newtype issue for the goody itself. Maybe Newtype USA could do something like this next year.
This looks pretty interesting. Which issue of NewType is this in? I might buy it and I might check out the actual places when I goto Japan at the end of this year.
do they have the meido cafe that konata works in in episode 16?

oh meido cafes.. i bought their gasaphon figurines and it came with their cafe info and location.. i should post that up soon,, xD
I really liked this poster with the information wil check it out when I visit Japan again. I was expecting a DVD with my first newtype but I got something better instead.
