Makoto Shinkai’s fan rejoice! In celebration of the DVD release of Makoto Shinkai’s Byousoku 5 centimeter. The company has decided to stream his 2 previous works for free online!
Anyway, they will be streaming Hoshi no Koe for a month from 2nd July 2007 till 30th July 2007. One whole month! As for Kumo no mukou, yakusoku no basho, it will be streamed online for a week, lasting from 11th July 2007 till 18th July 2007.
But theres a catch! You’d need to have a Japanese IP address. T-T

@Alafista: I’m importing it from Amazon.jp, It’s about ï¿¥5,243 for the limited edition (ï¿¥2000 + shipping cost) so it’s about ï¿¥7,243 in total (Approx 85 – 90 SGD) It will be out on 19 July 2007.

I would like to watch the videos online but sadly u need a JP ip… maybe I might get the DVD
I’d wait buy the DVD when they add in subtitles. It be too tough for me to watch the DVD in full Japanese with my limited language abilities =P
