Kamen Rider The Next

Submitted by Alafista on Thursday, 14 June 20074 Comments

Fans of Kamen Rider V3 rejoice! The new Kamen Rider movie – Kamen Rider The Next [仮面ライダー THE NEXT] is scheduled to be released this fall.

This movie is a sequel to [Kamen Rider The First] that was released 2 years back. This movie will focus on Kamen Rider V3 , which was the second installation in the Kamen Rider long franchise history, and it ran from from February 17, 1973 to February 9, 1974, with a total of 52 episodes. The main hero of the show, V3 will be played by Kazuki Kato who acted in Kamen Rider Kabuto as the popular Daisuke or Rider Drake. It’d be fun to watch him in more serious action instead of dragging a little girl around doing makeup.

Personally I’m not so old to have watched Kamen Rider V3, but I know that V3’s bike had a parachute on it. LOL

Here’s a very old clip of the OP for Kamen Rider V3. Its rather amusing to see the Tokusatsu 20 years ago.

This is definitely gonna be awesome!
