This is the new 11th ending theme for Bleach. The song is sung by ORESKABAND (オレスカバンド) which literally translate to “I’m a ska band”.
For those that are not familiar with what ska is, just think mainstream No doubt and Gwen Stefani.
But I think people who watch Naruto would already be familiar with ORESKABAND since they were the ones that sung “Pinocchio”, Naruto 12th ED theme.

I think Tsumasaki is a good fit for a Bleach ED theme.
Its really entertaining to see them perform in the PV for the full version of the song.
